Refund
Cancellation and Refund Policies
When you make a reservation, we not only hold a place
just for you, but we set things in motion to insure that
our accommodations, staff and equipment are reserved and
confirmed.
To keep our service exceptional and the best value for
our customers, we have created this cancellation and refund
policy.
We reserve the right to change any itinerary due to unsafe
weather or sea conditions.
Full Payment:
On our multi-day trips, full payment is due 30 days prior
to the start of a trip.
Full Refund:
If we cancel for any reason,
weather or otherwise, you will receive your choice of
a full credit or full refund. We are not responsible for
non-refundable hotel, airfare or other costs.
Partial Refund:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to departure, you
will receive your choice of full credit, or refund less
a $30 per person service charge. If you cancel more than
15 days prior to departure, you will receive a 50% credit
or 50% refund.
No Refund:
You will receive no credit or refund if you fail to
cancel more than 15 days prior to departure. You may,
however, substitute another person to take your place
as long as that person meets the skill requirements necessary.
