Lake of the Month - Nature Tour at El Capitan Reservoir

Join us for some fun exploring on this remote East County lake.
We will paddle along the shoreline of coves and inlets to look for mule deer, hawks, herons and egrets.
See how many you can find. 
We use stable, comfortable kayaks that are easy to paddle. We provide all the equipment and instruction you need for a safe, enjoyable journey on the water.
Cost is only $55 per adult museum member, $65 per non-member.
$20 per child (6-12) paddling in a kayak with parent.
Cost includes kayak, life vest, paddle, and two instructor/guides.
