Offered by Diane Ambrosini, MA, Certified, Registered (Yoga Alliance RYT-500) Yoga Instructor
and
Marie Humphrey, ACA Certified Kayak Instructor

Experience the rhythm of breathing and movement through yoga and kayaking

Yoga practice outdoors is a rich and profound experience.

Couple that with the flow of kayaking and you will aquire new balance, strength and a deeper connection to your self and to nature.

No previous yoga or kayaking experience is necessary.

We will start with a warm up yoga lesson of stretching and breathing to get the body limber and the mind centered.

We then incorporate similar techniques in the kayaking lesson.

After that our paddle under the bay bridge will combine the rhythm of our strokes and breathing to bring about new awareness of our beautiful surroundings.

We'll finish our experience with a short yoga cool down.

Cost is $65 per person, 16 years of age and up. Price includes yoga instruction, kayak instruction, kayaks, life vests, and paddling equipment.
